Customers name as sender of an email

I am setting up a system that allows people to collect some arguments themselves from a list. The results (email) will be sent directly to a company.

But it's very important the own customers name - who complete the form - is stated as the sender name of the email. Now I get only Jotform ...

I found an answer from 2015 on this forum, but in between it seems your interface has been changed and I don't see anymore how to do... Can you help me?

    Thanks for your answer.
The way you showed me is the way I did it...

    But nope. Same result.
In the email the name Jotform is still there ?

    Solved in between !
    It was the cache ...

When I view the mails on my mobile, the name of the sender is there.
    Thanks
