How can I view and print the full form, including the text of the questions and the answers given?

    Hello,

Is there an option to view a submission in a way that will allow me to see the full form, including the text of each question and the responder's answer to each question? This would be a view comparable to looking at a filled-out pdf or a paper version of the form that has been filled out. Is it also possible to print out a from that shows the same view - including both the questions and a single responder's answers?

    Thanks!

    Hi Kate,

    Thank you for reaching out.

What you can do is add the PDF copy of the submission on your email notification to view and print the submission data along with the questions.

    Please follow the steps below:

1- Navigate to the “SETTINGS” tab of your form builder page.

2- Click the “EMAILS” tab on the left menu

3- Add an e-mail notification or hover and click to the pen icon to edit if you have an existing one.

4- On the configuration interface, click on the “ADVANCED” tab to navigate to advanced settings.

5- By default, the PDF Attachment option is set to “NO”. Switch it to “YES”.HlApSZw 0FeE82N5dvdsEjZnM48P 6qoYw1F77x2 Screenshot 21

6- Click on “Save” to save changes.

After you complete configuring your submission PDFs and protecting them with a password, you will be able to receive them in your email notifications.

Thank you so much, Bert. I have changed the settings as you suggested. Is
there any way I can view or print forms that have already been submitted in
    the pdf-type format?
    Thanks,
    Kate

    Hi,

You can save as PDF exactly the way your Form is by using the following option:

    1) Using the Print button - include a Print button in your form and click it when you preview the form.

    Guide-to-add-print-button-on-forms:

    https://www.jotform.com/help/24-Print-Button-on-Forms

    2) Using your web browser's built-in print function - preview your form and pressCtrl+P or right-click on any portion of the webpage, then select Print. Consult your web browser's documentation for instructions to print as it differs from browser to browser.

Let us know if this helped. We would be happy to assist.

    Thanks.
