Cancel appointments

When using the appointment widget - how can a client reschedule or cancel a session?

Unfortunately, there is no option for the user to cancel the schedule. He needs to inform you that he's canceling, then you can delete the associated submission.

Doing so will clear the supposed timeslot and will be available again for others.

Note that deleting a submission will remove it permanently from the form.
