What IP address(es) does JotForm use to send webhook calls?

We're trying to set up webhook calls to our internal server, and restrict our inbound traffic to specific IP addresses for security purposes.

I found two other forums on the topic, one from 2017 that was answered and one from May 2020 which still hasn't been answered by JotForm.

These are the IPs that were listed in the 2017 post:

    35.184.22.67, 52.58.137.186, 104.154.241.21

Are these still the IPs you use for sending webhooks?

    Thanks!

    Hi @ReadNaturally

Thank you for reaching out to us. I am forwarding your request to our devs so they can confirm the IPs we are currently using to send webhook calls.

Although we are not able to provide an ETA, you will be notified on this thread once we have any updates on your request.

Any feedback on this? If we can't get the webhooks to work, we can't use your software...

I only have a few days before I'll need to bail on this and go to a different provider.

Unfortunately, there is no update yet on this issue. I see that the thread has been forwarded to our backend team. Once we have any news in this regard, we'll post an update here. I am also forwarding a note to see if there is any update for you.

    Thanks!

Is this somehow not an issue for others using webhooks? Given the current state of security requirements for businesses, it is hard to believe this is a unique question. Any updates would be greatly appreciated.

Unfortunately, we still haven't heard back from our developers yet.

Kindly note that I've successfully sent a follow-up message to them, hence, the issue has been prioritized.

Your patience and understanding are most appreciated.

JotForm is hosted at multiple data centers. Unfortunately, we don't have static IPs for our submission servers. Since the IPs are dynamic and they will change in the time, we can't provide IP list.

    Thank you.

Hi there - thanks for getting back to me. I assumed there would be multiple servers, and maybe dynamic IPs... Do you know what IP ranges might be used, so we can provide some level of security at the network level?

If not, how do you recommend we secure our server against unauthorized traffic?

We found this article listing JotForm IP address ranges, but the webhook calls are coming from outside of these ranges -- so either this page is wrong or there are different servers that manage the webhooks.

    Thank you.

    Again:

*In lieu of static IPs, can you please provide a list of IP ranges for the webhooks?
