HIPPA compliance and notification emails

I only want our nurse to see the protected fields, without my intervention.  Is there a way to do that or does she need her own jotform account?

It seems that you are referring to the PHI fields on the form, are you trying to let your staff view the information on the email notification? 

You may try to create a PDF template on PDF Editor and attach the PDF submissions on the email notifications that are sent to the nurses:
