How can I create a successful form for Make-A-Wish Singapore?

I'm Sarah, writing from Make-A-Wish Singapore. We’re a non-profit organisation that makes the cherished wishes of children battling life-threatening medical conditions come true. Make-A-Wish wishes give children hope for the future, strength to face the challenges of their illness, and joy from their incredible wish experience.

We’re interested in using your platform to enable volunteers and beneficiaries to submit responses from their wish experience. Some questions,

1) Is there a way to have more than 1 user complete the form (with signatures) before submission?

2) Is there any support to build and convert our existing word doc. forms onto your platform? Eg. to organise a video call or training for our users, or to build the forms for us at a fee?

Yes, you can create an approval workflow that enables multiple users to fill out one form. You can check step by step guide on the link below.

Thanks for replying. A follow-up question,

1. Would the Approval Workflow enable a second user to make edits to the answers on the form (not just approval/decline) and then pass it onto another third user for additional comments and changes?

There could be a total of 3 users on 1 form making edits and a final approver signing off after that's completed.

Hi Sarah,

Yes, it is possible. First, your user will submit the form then the second user will fill it. If there are 3rd and 4th users as well then you'll have to create the same conditions as 2nd user for each additional user who will be required to edit the form. 

You can follow the example shown in the guide I've provided in the previous reply.
