Hello,
My name is Donita Jackson and I am the purchaser for the New Brunswick Free Public Library. The Library is a non profit governmental entity of the City of New Brunswick. Vendors are paid via a purchase order generated system. Can you tell me if I can set up an account for the Library, how I would go about doing this, and if so what information would you need. The library in term would need your companies W9 and if your companies has a New Jersey Business registration certificate so that your company could be added into the City of New Brunswick purchasing system.
Thank you
Donita Jackson

the New Brunswick Public Library. Is there a contact person that I can send
the purchase order to for signature? The library is interested in the
Bronze level would that be billed annually or monthly and what is the cost?

Hello Donita,
Firstly, if you are a non-profit organization, you can apply for our non-profit discounted rates, where we offer a 50% discount on all plans.
You can apply via this link: https://www.jotform.com/nonprofit/pricing/
To subscribe to our paid plans via Purchase order, please follow the instructions in this guide: How-to-Upgrade-and-Pay-by-Purchase-Order
There is no requirement for a signature while upgrading via this method.
Also, using this method, you will need to subscribe to the yearly plan - I'm afraid the monthly subscription option is not available under this plan.
The Bronze monthly and yearly plans are $29 and $190 respectively.
If you subscribe to the non-profit rates, the cost would be $9.5 and $114 respectively.
