Do you hold on to data that users submit in the forms?

Hi. Let's say I build a form with JotForm and embed it in my website. Users start to fill in the form and those form responses duly arrive in my email. Does JotForm also collect/store these user submissions? If so, is there a way to turn this off so that form submitted data is only processed by yourselves (ie. the send to email bit) but not stored by yourselves?

    Thanks.

    Steve

Yes, JotForm stores that data in your Form submission page on our servers.

Here is how you can view the submissions from your form submission page: How-to-View-Form-Submissions

If you do not want JotForm to store the submissions, then you can use an Autdelete submission app on your account: https://www.jotform.com/integrations/auto-delete-submissions

This app will permanently delete all form responses from your JotForm account as soon as they come in.

Let us know if this would help.
