We are interested in offering all of our Intake/HIPAA forms through our website for clients to complete. Once they are completed, is staff notified of a new submission? Where are they stored?

You may add the staff's email address in the notification email recipient for them to be notified.

Once the account is under HIPAA, all form submissions are stored on a HIPAA account server.
