I did check your account and found that on 08-Aug-2020, 6:19 PM you upgraded your account to silver yearly plan but this transaction was disputed and accordingly refund was also processed on 21-Aug-2020, 10:21 PM.
What is the error message you see when you try to upgrade your account? I would suggest you to please share a screenshot of the issue, and we will take a look.
