Using JotForm for notes

I want to be able to make a form that I can jot notes on, then view later instead of having to print it.

You can create a form in any way you need. You can use Long text, Drawing board widget, or any other element you need.

Then you can preview and edit submissions from the Submissions or Inbox page.
