    Is it possible to have a hidden text box in an online form, but shown in email if a condition is met,

    So the field is only shown in the email?

    Eg so the person who is filling out the form doesn't see the text box only the email recipient?

    Hi there,

    Yes, it's possible via creating multiple notifications/autoresponders with conditional logic. For example, you can create a notification for Residential Commission Type and another notification for Commercial Commission Type. Then, you can customize each email template according to the respondent's answer. Here is how to do it in a few steps;

    1.First, create multiple notifiers/autoresponders like the following and customize each of them according to answers. For example, you can add a hidden text area field in the email Content A and you can exclude the same field in Content B.

    *NOTE: Creating multiple notifications is only available for paid accounts.

    2.In the Settings tab, click on the CONDITIONS > Select CHANGE E-MAIL RECIPIENT option

    3.Choose your form field that will trigger the IF condition and it's value then enter a recipient email address. For example;

    • IF "Commissioning Form Type" is EQUAL TO "Residential" SEND "FOR RESIDENTIAL" email to "test@email.com".

    *Also you can add an email field variable to the EMAIL field from your form as one of the recipient emails as the following.
