How to import PDF fillable form?

if I have a pdf document that was not created in jot form can I upload it to jot form to make it a fillable PDF ?

Yes, you can import the PDF form that you have to convert it to PDF Fillable form:

1. Go to the My Forms page.

2. Click the Create Form button.

3. Click Import Form.

4. Select the Import PDF Form option. This will take you to the upload page.

Alternatively, you can also go this page and click the Convert PDF to Fillable Form button.
