Nonprofit Donation Form Template

Hope you are well.

It has been suggested that jotform might be able to provide us with the capabilities to be able to take donations directly on our website. I was wondering if you could provide me some examples of some other charities who have used jotform for a donation form and provide me with some additional details on:

• Privacy and security: Do we still require a security system like recaptcha to protect us from spam and abuse
• Integration: Can your forms integrate with donman and provide donations directly into the system
• payment system: do we still need to implement an ecommerce solution (paypal,bank,etc) or do you provide this as well.
• If you do provide this, how is it integrated and is there a transaction and interchange rate applied to donations.

Yes, you can create custom forms and integrate them with any of our payment processors. Then you can select the payment type as "Collect donation" on the payment settings:

Integration: Can your forms integrate with donman and provide donations directly into the system

You can integrate your forms with any of our authorized payment processors and set up the payment type as collect donations: https://www.jotform.com/help/323-mastering-payment-form-integrations-with-jotform

payment system: do we still need to implement an eCommerce solution (PayPal, bank, etc), or do you provide this as well.

You just need to integrate the payment field into the form and connect it to your account so that you can get payments into your processor account. We just provide an integration app - which you have to manually connect on the form.

You can check out the guide provided above to add the payment app to your form. JotForm does not charge any transaction fee. It can be charged only by the payment processor if any.
