The link that I have used to pass my Form Data to Another Form does not work

I am having trouble generating the link that passes from data to another form. I have followed your tutorials but have been unsuccessful.

I want to take the following data from this form - https://form.jotform.com/drivenasa/license-application

• Name (First and Last)
• Email
• Address
• Phone Number
• NASA Member Number
• NASA Region

And populate into this form - https://form.jotform.com/drivenasa/nasa-medical-application
