Can I have a number to call for pricing and ask questions about how the system works

I created a direct deposit form; and sent it out blank but it was received by the person with someone else information, so if I establish an bronze account, I can send 1,000 a month and each will be blank for the person to fill out and submit. I really need this system, and just want to learn how to work it right. Please give me a number to call about this. Thanks

Unfortunately, we don't offer live phone support. This ticketing system is our primary way of support to our users. So if you have questions, please feel free to write them down, and we'll be more than happy to answer them here.

Regarding your question, I tried accessing the form and it shows me a blank one: Direct Deposit Form.

Do you mean when you shared the form to your users, there were data prefilled to it already? Can you share the link that you have sent to your users?

When you share the form, it should always shown as blank to the users.

No, even when I send the blank one to myself, when I receive it, and open it, it’s the filled out one of the first person I sent it to and all his information. Could that be because the free version only allows 5 submissions. So if I buy the gold package, I shouldn’t have that problem ever again, correct? And with the gold package, none of the forms I create and publish will have SAMPLE FORM attached to it, correct??

ok, so the free package should allow me to receive 100 free submissions, and the 5 I got mixed up with the 5 free forms. I created over that, and when I sent the blank application to a new hire, he filed it out, and I receive it. Then I sent the same blank one out from my email archives, and the second potential hire let me know the application was filed out with Michael information already. So I did another test for myself, and sent the blank one that I I had stored from my email archives , to my self, and there it was, with Michael information on it, so I went to the jotform app and sent it from there, and the same thing happened. How do I prevent that from happening??

Please make sure to use the form's direct link when sharing the form to others and not use the one on the email.

To get the form's URL, please see this guide: Where-to-Find-My-Form-URL

Also, note that this is the default behavior for all our users regardless of the plan.
