Image submission not working

    Hello!

    This is my form: https://www.jotform.com/form/202718937462260

    Everything but the image is coming through. When I click on the image in the response email I get this error message:


    Whoops!

    Unfortunately, the page you were looking for could not be found. It may be temporarily unavailable, moved or no longer exists. Please check your spelling and retry.

    Any ideas what I'm doing wrong?

    Hello Anne,

    I think this is due to the privacy restriction on your form. Please try to 'Require to login to view uploaded files' option on your account's Privacy Settings for reference: How-to-Unrequire-Log-in-to-View-Uploaded-Files.

    Then it should let you access or view the uploaded files through the email notifications.
