Unable to map some JotForm fields to Airtable fields

after integration ' some of the fields on the jotform side are gray without agility to chose them

when i chose mail as example on the airtable integration side , i see only few fields to select for mapping

if i am choosing name for example ' i have some different fields from the form to be chose

That is actually an expected behavior. You can only map certain fields on JotForm based on the type of field you have on your Airtable.

For example, an Airtable email field can only accept a JotForm email field and not an address/phone/name/etc, hence other fields are greyed out.

so my only solution is to use 3rd party API like zapier ?

You can still try the JotForm Airtable integration. Just make sure that you create/match it with your form fields.

For example: Create a Dropdown Menu in your AirTable account, and add the options to it. After that, create a Dropdown menu field in JotForm and match it to your AirTable integration. (https://www.jotform.com/help/561-how-to-integrate-jotform-with-airtable)
