Hello! Thank you for asking. Usually, integrations should be the last step of form building because field changes after integration have been done most probably breaks the integration.

There are times when a change is required on a form like adding/removing a field or changing field names. So whenever you make any such change on your form fields, it is recommended that you re-integrate your form with Google Sheets.

There shouldn't be any issues here as your old submission data will be exported again to your newly integrated sheet.

I hope this information helps. For further queries, feel free to write back to us.

    Thank you!

can i change the data values that the user enters if needed with out using edit link. For example some information sau about bank transcation reference number is entered wrong by the user, later the person clarifies to me, can i change the entry in google sheet.

if i dont re integrate the form, then previously changed data will not be lost right.

    Hi there,

Yes, you can edit the submissions data sent to the integrated Google Sheet. However, to ensure the data's accuracy, I would suggest you let the users update their submission data as it will automatically update the data in the integrated Google sheet as well.

I hope this will help. Let us know if you have further questions.
