When will my monthly submission limit be cleared?

I received this email about reaching my monthly submission limit. I have now disabled all my forms, so does this mean that my 100 submissions will be reset on November 1 or can you tell me the exact date?

We are a small nonprofit and would like to keep using your website for forms. Do you provide free upgraded plans for education nonprofits that work with students?

The monthly submission limit indeed clears itself on the 1st of each month. However, disabled forms will not delete past submissions automatically. The number of submissions you can receive per month is not counted the same way as the total number of submissions on your account (see Understanding Your Account Usage and Limits).

We do offer discounted paid plans for nonprofit organizations. I invite you to send us a nonprofit discount application by filling out the form on this page. Usually, applications are reviewed within a few business days, and if you are approved, you will be able to upgrade your plan from your account's billing page.
