Dear Sir/Madam, Unfortunately forms completed by my clients are not being received. They are having to send me them via email. Please can you sort this out for me?

    Hi Mudr0516,

    Thank you for contacting Support.

I have cloned and tested your form and was able to receive the email notifications.

I checked our mail logs the submissions, test emails were successfully sent to your email. Also, your email is not on our bounce list. Therefore, you should not have problems receiving emails from Jotform.

Please use this guide for a possible reason why you are not receiving the email notification.

Why Am I Not Receiving Email Notifications

You can try to white list our domains and IPs if you have not received notifications after doing the solution mentioned in the guide above.

Whitelisting JotForm IP Addresses and Domains

    I hope this helps.

Let us know if you need further assistance.

I am not worried about the email notifications.

I am not receiving the submissions from my clients.

For example Jackie Livingston a client of mine this morning had to email me her completed form. Her form is not on the list of submissions.

Is the issue related to your Clone of ACCIDENT & INJURIES CLAIM QUESTIONNAIRE form?

I checked your submissions and I was unable to find submissions from Jackie Livingston. Was she unable to submit the form? Did she get some error message on submit? Can you please tell us if the form is embedded? If the form is embedded, please provide us the webpage URL. Also please let us know if we can test your form to see if it is working properly.

I also saw that the name field is not required, so your users can submit the form without entering the name. You should make this field required if you always want to collect the names of the users that are submitting your form.
