Hi,
Is it possible to use Jotform Tables as an asset database? Issue a form to update/change an existing entry (not create a new entry).
For example if you had an asset database for vehicles.
Schedule form for Asset ID 1 to a user that can view & update Asset ID 1 inspection date / km's / condition /
If its not possible, I can imagine the market for managing assets using forms and productivity tables would be very large.
Regards,

You can insert/update data within JotForm Tables, however it is not possible to retrieve data and use it for future submissions just like how you can retrieve and manipulate data of a regular database.
Nonetheless, you can always edit a submission anytime or have someone edit a submission outside of JotForm Tables by giving them the edit submission link.
