How can I create labels from information in forms?

    Hello,

We use information from some of our forms to create labels. Currently, we download the forms as an excel document and go through the mail merge process, which is can be very cumbersome. We are wondering if there is an easier way to do this directly through Jotform?

    Thank you,

I am no sure if I have understood your question correctly. Do you mean to say that you use the submission data to create labels?

I would suggest you to please take advantage of our "PDF Editor" to design the label in the PDF document. When you receive submission in form, it will automatically display the data in the PDF document. You can download all the data in PDF and then print them. The following guide should help you how to customize PDF document: https://www.jotform.com/help/384-how-to-customize-pdf-submissions-report

You can also send your form's submission data to your own database from where you customize the label and print them. The following guide should help you how to send submission data to your own MySQL database: https://www.jotform.com/help/126-how-to-send-submissions-to-your-mysql-database-using-php

    Hope this helps.
