How I can calculate the results of specific questions together?

I want to have all my questions in 4 categories so that from all my 100 questions, I need them to be calculated in 4 categories (25 questions per category. My questions are rating questions from 1 to 10. Is that possible? Thanks!

I see that you have built a lot of questions with the "Scale Rating" field. However, I must tell you that if you would like to build a questionnaire (granting points per good answer), there are better options that would facilitate your task.

I suggest that instead of the scale rating, you could use the "Single Choice" or "Multiple Choice" fields, or the "Sliders with Calculated Result" widget.

Those fields support Calculation Values, which I believe is what would fit your needs. This would allow you to specify the value associated with each option.

You could then build Logical Conditions to calculate the final results based on the user's answers. This is how your categories would be. Conditions would control the calculations to perform based on the related questions.
