New Member - Password created without me setting it

    Greeting,

    When I signed up for Jotforms I signed in with my google account. I wasn't asked to create a password, but had one created for me (without my knowledge). Now that I want to change my password I can't because I don't know the original password. Please advise.

    We would like to apologize for any inconvenience. So you can update your JotForm account password and no longer use your Google Account to sign in, you can request for a password reset by following the instructions in this guide.
