How to Create a Form for another person?

Good afternoon,

My friend has asked me to create a form for her social selling business that is exactly like the form I created for mine. I have the email on her account, the username, and the password and it wont allow me to log in and create the form.

Is there a way I can create a from on my account and copy it over to her account or a way I can log into her account and create the form from scratch. I am unsure why it wont let me log in when I have all the account info.

It would be best to use the account where the form will be used, you may reset the password on the account, however, the reset link will be sent to the email address associated with the account.

You may also create the form on your account and have your friend clone the form you created.
