Hi my name is Melissa, and I've noticed on my invoices that I receive in my business email is missing the dates for pickup & delivery. I've checked my email options in Jotform and they are set up correctly and I can see the dates on the invoice in Jotform's inbox but not when it gets emailed to me.
The next issue is setting up the option where there is no shipping charge for pickup. I've read the FAQ's on the "form calculation widget" and how to integrate it into square. However, I want to be able to "sell products' in square instead of "user defined amount", is there anyway around this? Thanks in advance. -

Your issue regarding invoice:
You can open the PDF Editor, edit the invoice to add the pickup and delivery date form fields:
This will show the dates on your invoice.
