Disable Recaptcha or change its language

I have 20 persons on site to collect data they will submit 20 surveys every day. My team is very poor English skill and they may struggle with Recaptcha

Is there any way to disable a Recaptcha before submitting data?

Is there any way to chage Recaptcha to Thai language?

Please note that we have an anti-spam measure in place. The captcha is only asked when we detect unusual traffic from the IP or if the system detects that the submissions are suspected to be coming from a bot, the reason why it asks for it to verify that the one making the submissions is indeed a human and is not a spam. 

Could you please provide us the form URL of the form/s that you want the Recaptcha to not appear so that we can escalate your request to our developers to whitelist it?

As for changing the captcha language, as far as I know, the standard Google captcha will change the language according to the user's location.
