Sending a form to mutiple users as once

    Good Morning,

    I am looking to send a mass form to my 350 customers for them to update their contact information but it looks like i can only send it to 5 customers at a time and that will take me forever, so i was curious if i would be able to send a mass email to all my customers at once??

    Hi Lyster_Dan,

    If you wish to send a bulk email to the customer who has submitted your form, you may use our Email Newsletter application. You can find our Email Newsletter application from the following link: http://email.jotform.io/

    Thank you. What if i created a form that I want my customers to fill out. Would that be sent via that as well?

    Hi Lyster_Dan,

    You can send the direct link of the form for your customers. You can find it in the Publish tab:

    If you wish to send an email, you can go to the Email section of the publish tab, and select Share on email:

    Okay. that works perfectly for me. My last question is how do i turn off the feature where when an email is filled out on the form it get sent to that person's email because i don't need them to get the submitted form as well as me

    Hi Lyster_Dan,

    You may delete Notification and Autoresponder email. It's accessible from Settings > Emails.

    Then, you may delete the two settings (Notification and Autoresponder) and no emails will be sent to you, and your user.

    My last question is it possible to turn off where the customers have to connect with google or facebook to fill out the form? I am trying to make it as simple as possible for my customers.

    Also when i try to do facebook there is an error message.
