How can I retrieve a previous form

There was an additional page to a form, but it's no longer there. Can you help me retrieve it from the archives or something.

Only deleted forms are being sent to the TRASH folder and will stay there for 30 days before being deleted permanently.

Now, if you are referring to a deleted page in the form, you may try using the FORM REVISION HISTORY tool. It makes it possible for you to review older versions of your forms and when necessary, revert your form back to an older version.
