Hello,
My team is having issues using our invoice links, JotForm is not allowing them to upload.

All of your invoice forms are disabled upon checking. Please enable them so they will work. Guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/180-how-to-enable-disable-a-form#method2

You only have 3 forms in your account and they are all disabled. If they are disabled, your users can't view the form which means they can't upload a file.
If you have a new form URL, please provide the form URL so we can check which form you're referring. Thanks!
