ActiveCampaign Integration: "Account Name" field is missing from the list of ActiveCampaign fields

    There seems to be no option for connecting Organization Name. This would be a common requirement for any contact form. Is there a work around to get the organization name?

    Is the field appearing on your list while you're in Active Campaign?

    If this is a custom field you have added to your Active Campaign list, then this will not be supported, kindly let us know if you have added the field to your list or it's there by default.

    Actually my custom fields do show up in Jotform. It's because there is a

    separate in AC with "Account" And "Contact". In my previous gravity forms

    I did not have this issue.

    You can see the dropdown shows my custom fields. All good. But no option to add the "Account Name" which is a standard field in ActiveCampaign.

    Hello @smartplay1,


    As a result of our investigation, Active Campaign integration seems to work smoothly with all its features.


    Active Campaign is allowed to create "Accounts" and "Contacts" users on its own interface.

    However, Jotform - Active Campaign integration only supports the 'Contacts' module and its fields.

    ** The "Account Name" field appears as a default field for creating an 'Account'.


    As a workaround,

    You can set the "Organization Name" field on your form by mapping the "FirstName/LastName" field to create a 'Contact' , or create a new custom fields for this.
