Possible to require a link on a Multi-survey form?

Hi--we want to create a survey form with 2 surveys on it--one for the particular event people will be attending and the 2nd for a Customer Satisfaction Survey (CSS) for our overall organization. We already have a jotform for the CSS but we would like people to fill out both forms within this one survey so that we can collect the needed data for both areas. People tend to fill out one survey but not the other so we're hoping to be able to require both be filled out on this one form, if that makes sense. However the issue is that bc of the nature of the CSS data it must be automatically uploaded into the dedicated CSS form (no copying and pasting of the info from a 2nd form to the original CSS excel sheet). Is there a way to put all the CSS questions on our multi-survey form yet have all the responses be uploaded to the original CSS form? OR is there a way to put the link to the CSS form on the multi-survey form and require that it be filled out and submitted before they can submit the upper portion event survey? The only way I know to add a link in a form is through the Paragraph basic element and that can't be 'Required' but maybe there is another way?

Any help with this is appreciated--thank you!

    Hi,

A form link cannot be put as required.

You can add the form link in the email or as a link in the form, but it cannot be made as required.

The only way would be to put the fields for both forms within the same form.

Please let us know if you require any further assistance.

That is how I originally set it up but our admin said we either need to be able to require the link (which you confirmed cannot be done) or we need the to be able to somehow get the CSS data from the multiple survey to be directly uploaded to the original CSS form--basically when participant hits Submit then the info will show up in both forms. Does what I'm asking for make sense and is there anyway to accomplish this?

Links for both forms are below.

    Hi Debbie,

You can try to redirect the users to the second form after filling out the first form.
    Guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/38-redirecting-users-to-a-different-page.

You can then use the pre-populated link to the second form from the data in the first form.
    Guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/71-prepopulating-fields-to-your-jotform-via-url-parameters

Kindly check if this fits your requirement, and let us know if you have further questions. We will be glad to guide you through the process.

    Thank you.

Thanks, Jovanne. We will probably use the redirect feature bc no info overlaps in either survey to allow for pre-populating. Appreciate your help =)
