Auto Add fields based on questions

Can I have auto added fields based on questions. For eg. if someone click yes, then more fields appear to fill the details.

If you need to ask your users the same set of questions multiple times, you can use the
Configurable List widget.

If you need to dynamically show or hide questions based on the user's answer, you can use the Conditional Logic's Show / Hide Field feature.
