How can we use Jotform to send responses to students?

We are looking to use this service for our school. We plan on allowing students to write letters to Santa and using Jotform for them to receive a response. I am new to this and was asked to look into jotform. How would this work?

Are you looking to have an automated email response for every student who sends a letter?

If so, you can set-up an auto-respond email to every person who uploads the letter to your form, if that's what you are trying to do.

If not, could you explain how you would like the form to work a bit more?

Yes we are looking for the student to submit a form or template and an auto
response sent back to them. How would we set that up and what would the
charges be?
