Why our forms are disabled now?

    We notice that your account was holding Bronze yearly plan and has been cancelled and refunded based on your request on the thread https://www.jotform.com/answers/2751489-.

    Since the account is downgraded to free, the limits on the account are adjusted to the free plan. The account is currently having the submissions uploaded with files and occupying more than 100 MB of the provided storage space. This has caused the forms to be disabled. You may delete the submissions in your account that are uploaded with files to clear the storage space so that the forms shall be working normally.

    Please note that the deletion of submissions is a permanent action and the deleted submissions cannot be recovered in anyway. If you want to take a backup of the submissions, you may export the submissions from the Data section of your account settings.
