I would also suggest you to please take a look at our "Spreadsheet to form" widget and see if that fits into your requirement.

You can upload an Excel file with all the data and a unique column data that could be the email field, phone number or any other unique identifier. When the user input their email address in widget on form, it will fetch the existing data from the uploaded Excel file and display in the form field. Once the data is verified, you can add condition to send auto-responder email with brochure link. If you want a user to just verify their contact detail, you can add "E-mail Validator" widget in form which will send a verification code to the user to verify the email address.

Similarly, you can also take a look at our "SMS Confirmation" widget as well but it would require a 3rd party integration to send SMS.
