Unable to login to the account

    I'm tying to get access to my account with the following username and my password but it just spins after hitting submit and does not grant me access. See attached screenshot

    reopensweetwaterschools@gmail.com

    Can you please advise on the steps to fix this?

    Could you please reset your password and then try logging into your account.

    To reset the password, please check this guide:

    Also, once you have reset the password then clear the browser cache and try to log in once again.
