    Hi There,

I have already had a couple of instances where my 3 generated PDF's have not been all been included and attached to customers emails (and its not always the same file that was not automatically attached)

as a back up I wanted to add direct links to the generated files, and the form fields section does give the option {pdf-link} which I have added to the sent emails and this link links to to the first PDF. However there is no link option given to directly link to the second and third PDF files incase they are not automatically attached.

    Is this possible?

    Hello!

    - I have already had a couple of instances where my 3 generated PDF's have not been all been included and attached to customers emails (and its not always the same file that was not automatically attached)

The PDFs and attachments are discarded when the combined size of all of these attachments becomes more than 5MB. This is a limitation imposed on all email alerts sent via our Email Service.

However, if you configure your form to use your SMTP server instead, then there is no such limit imposed on sent emails.

    - as a back up I wanted to add direct links to the generated files, and the form fields section does give the option {pdf-link} which I have added to the sent emails and this link links to to the first PDF. However there is no link option given to directly link to the second and third PDF files incase they are not automatically attached.

The {pdf-link} identifier can only link the default PDF of the PDF Editor. Unfortunately, there is no option to change this or add other PDFs to the email alert template.

You can implement your own SMTP server to ensure that all PDFs are sent to the users after they fill your form.

Our apologies for the inconvenience. If you have any further questions, let us know.

    Thank you!
