Link to form not working

    For the past couple months we've had no issues with Jotform. However we just noticed that some of links for the forms we're using are not working. The link takes users to a page that says the form has been deleted however the form is NOT deleted in the my forms area.

    Please advise

    Hello @petersklar,

    Thank you for contacting JotForm Support.

    I have checked the form you have shared with us and I can see that it is still saved under your account and the form title is "South Carroll High School RSVP: A Free Talk for Young Performers, Parents, & Arts Educators".

    Unfortunately, it seems that the form you have shared with us is actually located in the Trash folder on your account. That means that this form has in fact been deleted. Here is a screenshot of your activity logs showing that the form has been deleted:

    Please feel free to review your History page to verify the form deletion yourself. Related User Guide - How-to-view-your-account-activity-logs

    However, there is no need to worry, since the form is still saved in your Trash folder, you can simply restore the form and it will return to your main forms page and it will, of course, be usable once again. Here is a screen recording to demonstrate where you can find your form and how to restore it.
