Edit Submission issues

    I have an Approval Workflow. The first approver gets the email that a form has been submitted. But when she clicks on Edit Submission it say she needs permission to edit the submission. How do I give her that permission?

    Could you please share with us the form URL in question so we can check?

    Please also make sure to enable the Allow Submission Editing option on your form settings.

    I checked under form settings and there isn't anything that says Allow Edit Submissions.

    I have one more question.

    This form is an approval workflow. But I noticed that when I am sending tests, I am not receiving the Notification email called Submitter's Final Approval. The condition works sometimes but not all the time. Do you know why this is happening?

    Hi there!

    Thank you for sharing the form link.

    It looks like the permission to edit submission is not enabled.

    Follow the steps to allow it:

    Step 1: Go to Publish > Quick Share > Settings


    Step 2: Enable the option marked in the screenshot below.

    I checked Submit and Edit Later and it still doesn't let jrobinson@qdihvac.com edit the form when she receives the notification email TI ORIGINAL SUBMISSION. Thanks

    Please make sure that the notification email content has the {edit_link} edit submission link. Could you please share a screenshot of the email she received so we can check it further?
