The Browse files button don't work.

    Hi,

    It's been 2 times that I have to change the form from card to list.

    The Browse files button don't work.

    Please check that.

    Hi, I tried your form, and the upload button failed the first time, but it worked after I cleared your forms cache: https://www.jotform.com/help/229-how-to-clear-your-form-cache?
