    Numerous folders are missing from my page.

    The form link you've shared is accessible and is in your account. As for the other forms you've mentioned, may I know if you have the form URL so we can try to locate the forms using our tools?

    Right now, I'm only seeing four forms. If you have link to this forms, please share it to us and we'll try to locate it for you.
