Drop down option missing in form

Hi there, I've been playing with the tables and early this morning I could select a drop down option when I was in the fields, now all of a sudden I cannot so I'm not sure if I did something by mistake.

Example:

I fill in the Sewing Machine In take form, select "received"

Now my service tech is looking at everything in the table and wants to change the status to "in progress"

earlier when I clicked on "recieved" I could select the options before me but now I cannot... I can delete "received" but I liked the option of the drop down.

Hi there - I checked your form and it seems you're now using Multiple Choice field.

This is the reason why dropdown option is no longer showing.

As you mentioned that you like the dropdown version which is the previous state of your form, I'd suggest reverting your form to that state via form revision history.
