Jotform and Salesforce Integration - Creating Opportunities with Opportunity Products

    We have been using the Salesforce integration with Jotform.
    We are trying to add Products to an Opportunity, via integration with the NEW integration wizard Jotform has available.

    Everything is working mostly -
    1) We can create an account
    2) We can add contacts to an acccount
    3) We can create an opportunity to an account

    But, we cannot apply existing products to the opportunity.
    Can you provide any support or testing on your end, and let us know if this is possible or working for you; and how you did so?

    The Jotform/SF Opportunty Product integratinon 'asks for a quanity'
    If a SF oportunity does not exist with a specific opportunity product and quanity; it wont update or add?

    To clarify, you are submitting same information/product so that it will update existing products in your SF, is this correct? However, submitting same products is not sending to your SF opportunity?

    Let me test this and I'll let you know what my result is. If possible, I might escalate this to L2 for clarification on the said feature. Thank you for your patience.

    To clarify -
    We are submitting NEW opportunity records, and want to add priducts from our Pricebook and Price Book Entry or Product - to the 'newly created opportunity' (we dont think we will be updating oportunities or products with this form.

    Account > Opportunity > Opportunity Product Entries (all new from opportunity 'forward')

    the products 'attribtuted to new opportuniteis' do not exist.
    Make sense?

    1) Create an opportunity
    2) Add existing products (that already exist in SF) to an opportunity, in the same form/integration que

    A little more documentation would help?
    The docs/use cases Jotform offers are not very 'deep' right...
