I am out of upload space limit. How can I delete old uploads to create more space?

I did check your account and fond that you have exceeded the allowed upload space. Free account has upload space limit of 100 MB, but you have already received 475.85 MB of uploads.

I would suggest you to please delete submissions from your form which has file attachment. Please note that deleting a submission record will also delete the uploaded file as well and clear your upload space utilization.
