Hi,We would like a page for customers to activate their warranty. The page needs customers to enter their order ID and other information. Then the page checks the order ID from a database to found out if the order ID is valid. If yes, the "submit" button is available to click. If not, the page shows "Can not find the order ID."Could you do this?Thank you for your help.

Unfortunately it is not possible to validate form's input data from any external source or previous submission data. I would also suggest you to please take a look at our "Spreadsheet to form" widget and see if that fits into your requirement.

You can upload an Excel file with all the data and a unique column data that could be the order id field. When the user input their order id in the widget on form, it will fetch the existing data from the uploaded Excel file and display in form field. You may like to take a look at the following guide which should help you: https://www.jotform.com/help/442-how-to-use-the-spreadsheet-to-form-widget

    Hope this helps.
