How to send leads to a different zapier account?

    So I have a bit of a delimma. I have some apps that come in that are good and qualified and then some that are not.

    I have been able to filter these people out based on answers. We currently send these people to a different thankyou page with some free info which worked fine.

    However we now hired a 2nd sales person and he is going to take all of these applications.

    I am able to hook up his caledar link directly to the thank you page which is great however the leads are sent from jotform to my podio account via zapier. I know this is a 3rd party app when I use zapier but just wanted to see if there were any conditions or creative stuff I could do to get them into a different zap.

    I thought this, but not sure if it would work.

    Once they answer a certain question we move them to view a different thank you page. What if we moved them to a different form all together. That way I can have the new form attached to zapier and not the main one we use.

    Would we be able to do that and make it look seamless. so they dont seem like they are moving to a different form?

    Please note that only one integration can be associated with a form, so if you intend to send over data to a different integration, you may use a different form.

    How is this even relevant to my question? I dont use any integration...
    I asked very specifically about the way to accomplish my goal. You

    This is indeed possible to do, you can change the Thank You Page message or even redirect the users to a different link, here is a guide with more details about it: https://www.jotform.com/help/211-setting-up-the-thank-you-page

    Now, if you're looking to send the data to a different Zapier account, the only way to do this is by going to the new Zapier account and add the JotForm account associated to your form, then configure the zap as normal.

    Is sending them to a new form the only way to accomplish this?
    I'm not worried about zapier.

    Hi,

    You have to create a new Zapier account and add the JotForm account associated with your form, then configure the zapier as normal.

    I believe this will work.

    So to confirm how to accomplish this if I do 2 forms.
    1. set up condition if they answer a specific question I redirect them to a
    different thank you page.
    2. The thank you page is another form that looks identical to the other page
    3. They continue on as normal?
    Then the new form has the thank you page that directs them to sign up for a
    spot on the calendar.
    Is that correct? Is that the best way to accomplish this?

    We apologize for the confusion. In the ticket's original subject line and message, you actually mentioned Zapier -- the reason we were mentioning Zapier integration features.

    So to clarify, this is not related to sending the leads to different Zapier account?

    I was wondering if there are any ways to accomplish this without 2 forms?

    Can you please elaborate further what you wanted to accomplish without 2 forms.
