Need a reset code

    I've tried to reset my password, keep getting maximum login attempt error. Please email a link. Thanks!

    Hello Breeh,

    Thank you for contacting Jotform Support, we do apologize for the inconvenience that you have experienced.

    After checking our records I was able to find an account that is using your email address and it is under the username GLPerformance. This account seems to be in good standing and based on the email logs, there have not been any password reset emails sent to your email address.

    Please note that when you request a password reset link, you will need to use the exact email address that is used on your account to request it. If an incorrect email address is entered, your password reset email will not send at all.
