Is it possible to customize the email body/subject that is sent when a form is submitted?

Happy to help!
You can certainly customise both the subject line and body of the Notification emails that are sent to your form respondents once the form is submitted. To do, click SETTINGS in the top menu of your form builder, then click the EMAILS tab. Click the pencil icon to edit the Notification Email:
Then, you can 1) Edit the Email Subject line and then 2) Edit the email body content:
